We have 3 programs in Referral Rock. Below is a description of each.

• The MCO Wellness Advocate Program is a community of people who believe in the importance of biblically integrated and clinically informed Christian Counseling, and want to help MCO in our goal to increase access to excellent Christian Counseling. 
• Anyone can join this program, including MCO staff, clients, or anyone else who is interested. People can join the program here: https://mycounselor.online/referral-rewards-program/
• Members of the Wellness Advocate Program help advocate for the importance of mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness, and spread the word about the professional care that MyCounselor provides.
• They are each given a unique link to share, and each time that someone begins counseling through their link, or mentions their name during their intake call, they receive a $25 gift card of their choice.
• Occasionally, they can offer perks to those who sign up for counseling through their link as well. Current offer: For a limited time, new clients can receive 25% off of their first counseling session when they sign up through an advocate’s link.
• Advocates have access to the member dashboard in Referral Rock, where there are pre-written captions and emails ready to be sent with their unique link, or they can write their own messages that are unique to their voice and personality!
• Advocates are also given access to a private Facebook group, that is exclusive for those in the MCO Wellness Advocate Program, where they can dialogue with like-minded people who are helping to advocate for wellness. It’s in this Facebook group that MCO will share updates and new resources for those that are part of the community. 

• When someone schedules an intake call through an advocate’s tracking link, they become a ‘pending referral’ in referral rock. 
• During the intake call, the matching specialist will need to pull up the referral rock dashboard to see if the client is a pending referral. If they are, they will either approve or deny them as a referral.
  • Approve if they complete the intake call and schedule with a counselor.
  • Deny if they choose not to schedule with a counselor.
  • If they mention the advocate during their intake call but they are not listed in Referral Rock as a pending referral, manually add them as a referral. Follow the steps in the video above to do this.
• If the client chooses to use a Strong Families Scholarship or another partnership scholarship, no other action is needed since they are not eligible for the referral promotion.
• If the client is not using a scholarship and would like to accept the referral promotion, a note should be added to the QuickBooks client notes: 25% off first session Wellness Advocate Program.
