Melissa Abello

I am especially passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety, sexual addiction, depression, challenges with parenting, and relational conflict. I also work heavily with couples experiencing communication difficulty, affair recovery, sexual addiction, infertility, and parenting challenges. I am deeply passionate about serving others through counseling. My desire is to help people be set free from their pain, so that they can truly live life to the full (John 10:10). I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. My husband and I serve as ministers and currently reside in Columbia, MO. I am also certified in Good Enough Parenting workshops. I also serve part time with Focus on The Family in Branson, MO doing marital intensive work.
