Schedule Adherence
It is vital to keep up with your contractual direct client care sessions every week. In order to ensure that you are in adherence, our Accounting Clerk takes time each week to check your calendar for the correct number of hours open and available. Google and Acuity calendars must match, and must be set up so that the contracted amount of hours is available. If there are any errors in either the Google or Acuity calendars, we will reach out to you via chat to request you correct the error. As a general rule the Google and Acuity calendars must be open on a 60 day rolling window in order for clients to schedule themselves. With a consistent schedule and good attention to detail, adherence will be simple and you will feel comfortable and at ease with your weekly schedule!
Residents are required to have 30 hours per week available for clients and 8 of those must be peak hours. You must also have 10 Professional Development hours open. All 40 of your weekly hours must be in google calendar and your 30 client hours must all be open in Acuity for 60 days in advance. Having your PD hours on your google calendar helps everyone on the team see when you are working so they can contact you and schedule meetings as needed.
