Description: This training will provide counselors with the knowledge and practice they need to travel through Stage 1 EFT treatment with a couple. It will assist counselors in learning how to shift from Step 2 into Step 3, where the counselor begins to facilitate the identification of primary emotions. It will also give the counselor practice in building emotional reflection and heightening skills to bypass defenses and better access primary emotions during Stage 1 work.
